– Eligibility for Refunds
1. – Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Please ensure that your request is made within this period, as we cannot process refund requests beyond this timeframe.
2. Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number when submitting your refund request.
Non-Refundable Items Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to: – Items purchased on final sale or with significant discounts
– Refund Process:
1. – Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please email our customer support team at contact@barakahdaily.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the refund, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
2. – Processing Your Request: Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. – Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. –
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
– Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your bank support. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@barakahdaily.com.
